AP Material Preparation and Submission
Follow the steps below for Anatomical Pathology material preparation through QMH Division of Anatomical Pathology (QMH AP Lab) and CTC Biospecimens Management Team (BIOT).

Step 1: If AP material is sourced outside QMH, make a request to the hospital per site's practice prior.Step 2: Complete the form below and submit.
Step 3: Submit the corresponding laboratory kit and pathology report (if appropriate) to us as soon as possible.
